Both books are great reads!

“Contagious Christian” gives a formula and maybe more “How to” whereas “Just Walk Across the Room” gives some “How to’s” but also seems to focus on some “larger principle” kind-of-stuff!

I read Contagious Christian first and found it to be a great starting point. There are points in “Just Walk Across the Room” where Hybels alludes to the material in “Contagious Christian.”

In order for us (as believers) to truly understand the ups and downs of life, we first need to accept that God never promised a life without pain and in fact some of His greatest followers were subject to the same, if not worse pain, than we normally endure. Can’t wait!
