An interesting visitor

I just got a visit (on the blog) from the co-author of The Blogging Church. He was responding to this post.

That’s kinda like having Oprah visit your house (if you’re into Oprah… which I am definitely NOT)!

The cool thing about the blogosphere is that you get to connect with people from all across the world in all kinds of different walks of life. It’s kind of like sitting down across the table from them with a cup of coffee talking about similar points of passion.

    Hope everything has been taken care of with the repairs at church. I wish I could have helped but I’ve been on medical “house arrest” per my doctor until I get rid of a virus infection. God Willing, I’ll see you at church this week. I was disappointed to miss last week and the first part of the new series.

    Cool about your visitor. I just picked the book up today, sat down at my favorite Caribou Coffee, and read the first 50 pages. It’s awesome.

    Good for you! I just got a visitor from an author that I was not in agreement with… he was kind to me, but then again, I was kind to him in my disagreement, so all’s good. Makes you feel good to know that the authors are out there reading our blogs. Then again, that probably means that they sit around googling their own name to see who is talking about them! 8-)
