Today we’re recording our second M&Ms CD!

M&M stands for Monthly Minutes! It’s our new training CD for all Northgate leaders.

A typical CD (this is our second one) consists of:

1. An all church teaching (usually done by Pastor Paul)
2. A ministry specific teaching (done by each of the Management Team for their specific area of ministry oversight)
3. A handful of key announcements

   

Each CD is received with a pack of M&Ms… how creative huh? and encouragement to, “pass this on once you’ve listened to it.”

Why M&Ms? It is just another way to streamline information flow and keep us all on the same page.

If you don’t get M&Ms and you want to you can do a couple of things…

1) Volunteer to lead a ministry! This is the best way!

2) Ask a leader if you can listen to his/hers when he/she is done with it!
