I’m always intrigued at the different ways in which leaders relate with/to the people they are charged with leading.
Tom Peters has an insightful post on the recent leadership change at Home Depot and some insights into the different ways each CEO treated the people (read it here).

  1. I wish I could get fired and gain 200+ million from it. That severance package from Home Depot was a complete joke. We discussed it in our Training & Development class. So frustrating to see the greed and corruption in corporate America
