I have been thinking about this. In some of my teaching coarses a remember hearing that the students will not do anymore than you expect so keep the bar high. But in life the message I’ve been hearing at times is don’t expect so much then you won’t be so disappointed.
The bottom line of what I expect from the church…
1. Scripture…I expect to hear the truth of God’s word. Straight from the word and not someone’s personal opinion or wordly sources
2. I expect to see the truth of God’s word lived out. Show me don’t tell me.
3. Bare eachother’s burdens. I expect to see believers loving eachother, living in unity, being team players.
What the church can expect from me?
