Paul;

I have lots of leadership & management books and you may have read most of them. In case you haven't, a couple of suggestions....

Just about anything Ken Blanchard or John C. Maxwell have written would prove useful. I have used their methods as a template in running my company since I started and have found them to be most helpful. Also, "The Traveler's Gift", by Andy Andrews (it's a fictional story but is based on historically accurate events/persons), and the messages within it have been inspirational to me. I have read it several times, and have used it for group discussions at some of my Senior Staff Meetings, with great results.

Great stuff Paul...this is very helpful. I found you on Bob's site and see that you put some great stuff out.

I thought Tony Morgan gave good notes for the conference. Your notes are really helpful and add much value to what I read on his site.

Just wanted to let you know I'll be tracking your site for a while to see what I can gleam from your experiences.
