Good ideas that definitely work. I also make lists with 1)things that have to be done right away 2)things that need to be done but can wait and 3)things I would like to do but don't have a deadline. Usually if I had a choice I want to do #3 but then I'm stuck on time and running to catch up on all the #1's and #2's I put off!! It also lets me see that if I've checked off all the #1's, I don't always have to be doing something on the list and can actually stop and relax or do something spontaneous and unplanned in those spare moments!!

Another thing I struggle with is 'chipping away' at bigger projects during spare moments. I always think I need to set aside a huge amount of time and do the whole thing at once--many times can get a lot done in little pieces, once I think of it this way.
