Mountain Lake Church is a great place to be!
These guys work hard but they also play hard!
Yesterday, at the end of staff meeting we took 30 minutes to go out in the parking lot and play office-chair-football!
We laughed, panted, screamed, and cheered, and at the end of the game we were a stronger team!
I believe the team that laughs together is well on its way to synergistic impact!
These guys do a great job of incorporating fun into a focused, mission-driven, work environment!
By the way, David Putman… the brother can MOVE in an office chair!
