This afternoon I got a call from our real estate agent, Marla Michau.
Our house is sold.
It’s taken almost a year, but now it’s sold.
There were two signed purchase agreements that fell through, but now it’s sold (on the third try).
There were months of wondering what we would do if it didn’t sell, but now it’s sold.
On May 19th of last year I posted some pictures of our house in New York with a “For Sale” sign in the yard. I reflected a bit on where the journey would take us and how Batavia, NY would always have a spot in our hearts. (See and read it here).
Today that part of the journey has come to an end.
Our house is sold.
Congrats. God always provides and this is just a small proof of His providing. I know this is a huge relief off your chest.
yay!
congratulations!!
check it
Wow, Congratulations! There is such a note of finality there – kind of like when you left to go to Batavia.
Every new beginning is some other beginning’s end.
Carry on!
I am very happy for you, but I have to say I had goose bumps on my arms when I read this and tears in my eyes…yes it is so finale…we shall always miss you here at Northgate…You were something so wonderful……….
I’m happy and sad for you.
Sold, but never forgotten, Im sure.
It’s a miracle! A house sold in this economy!
Peace,
Joey
