“Each step of one’s own is worth more than all the knowledge and insight of others.”

It is a wonderful thing to accumulate information and insights, but until you act on what you know you are nothing more than an archive of information.

An archive is simply a storage unit.

An activist accomplishes something. An activist moves out for and expands a cause.

I’d rather be an activist than an archive. Wouldn’t you?

I had a professor in seminary that said, regarding Scripture, “Don’t worry so much about the things you don’t understand. Act on what you do understand and that will keep you busy for a lifetime!” Right on Professor! Right on!

God! Help me to act on what I know… to take a step today… to be an activist for your cause!
