“A happy heart makes the face cheerful” (Proverbs 15:12 NIV).

We can all “fake happy” when we have too, but when we’re not thinking about it, or when no one is around, or in those “true” moments… what does your face say about you?

Are you happy?

If you are, smile on purpose at as many people as you can because, “A cheerful look brings joy to the heart” (Proverbs 15:30 NIV).

If you are not happy, make it a point to do two things:

• Help someone today that cannot return the favor.
• Get around some people who have cheerful faces.
